8. Refund Policy:
8.1 Eligibility for Partial Refund:
WE strive for customer satisfaction in all our website development projects. However, WE understand that circumstances may arise where a partial refund may be considered. Our partial refund policy is as follows:
- Under specific circumstances and prior to work commencement Only!
- Project cancellation by the client before completion.
- Failure to meet agreed-upon project milestones or specifications.
- Significant delays caused by our company excluding delays due to client actions or force majeure events (unforeseen circumstances or events beyond the control of parties involved in a contract that prevent them from fulfilling their obligations under the agreement. Natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, floods), acts of war, terrorism, government actions (like regulatory changes or embargoes), strikes, epidemics, and other similar occurrences that make performance impracticable, illegal, or impossible.
8.2 Refund Calculation:
- Refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed.
- A 10% administrative fee plus platform-based transaction fee will be deducted from the refundable amount (Non-negotiable).
- The maximum refund amount is limited to the total amount paid minus non-refundable items and refund calculations as mentioned in the policy.
8.3 Non-refundable Terms:
- Initial deposit (unless cancellation occurs within 24 hours of payment).
- Costs for third-party services or licenses already procured.
- Started work that meets agreed-upon specifications.
8.4 Refund Process:
- Refund request must be made within 24 hours from the time of payment and must be submitted in writing via email to connect@siteguru.tech .
- WE will review the request and respond within 03 business days upon receiving the refund request.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 07 business days deducting transaction fees if applicable.
- Refunds will be credited to the receivers account within 7 bank working days from the time of process.
8.5 Dispute Resolution:
In the event of a disagreement regarding the refund amount or eligibility, both parties agree to enter good-faith negotiations. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be resolved through mediation or arbitration as per the laws of SiteGuru Tech owner company local jurisdiction.

WE may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
